Khazar Osare Varna produces this product in bulk or aseptic packaging and sends it to the factory, where the company fills the tomato paste into glass jars. In addition, aseptic packaging makes the paste more durable in open spaces and outside the refrigerator. However, bulk samples should be stored in a refrigerator, while aseptic ones do not require such conditions. Moreover, the export of aseptic tomato paste has made it possible to attract more and more foreign buyers every day. Therefore, aseptic tomato paste with Brix 36–38, packed in new barrels, is highly suitable for export.
The aseptic process consists of three main steps. First, the product undergoes thermal sterilization to remove any harmful microorganisms. Next, technicians sterilize the packaging itself to ensure complete safety. Then, the sterile product is filled under controlled conditions. Finally, the team carefully maintains sterilization during the packaging stage to keep the product fresh and contamination-free. As a result, the aseptic process ensures long shelf life and high product quality without refrigeration.
We use our condensed tomato juice to produce Brix 36–38 tomato paste, which is completely pure and free from additives. Moreover, it contains no salt and no thickeners, ensuring a natural and rich flavor. Afterward, workers pour the tomato paste into special bags and then place them in aseptic barrels weighing 230 kg. In addition, these blue iron barrels have a very hard and dense texture, which helps protect the product during transport and storage. As a result, the paste maintains its quality and freshness for a long time.
